The client is a trendy accessory trading company based in the United Kingdom, mainly supplying offline streetwear boutiques and customized promotional merchandise for various offline events. Its core products cover custom baseball caps, bucket hats and knitted beanies. The client provides personalized customization services including fabric color dyeing, logo embroidery, silicone printing and woven label marking according to different brand and event requirements.
Previously, the client cooperated directly with multiple domestic hat manufacturers through online platforms. Although pre-production samples were fully confirmed and approved, mass production shipments always encountered various quality problems. Common issues included obvious color shading and batch color difference on dyed fabrics, offset embroidery positions, excessive thread ends and peeling printing patterns. In addition, the hat shape and brim hardness of bulk products often failed to match the approved samples. 4. Service Requirements: The client hoped to avoid repeated communication and repeated sample modification with multiple factories. We are responsible for the whole process including factory screening, sample confirmation, fabric inspection, in-production patrol inspection, pre-shipment sampling inspection, standardized packaging, customs declaration and sea freight booking. The client only needs to confirm design drawings, samples, order quantity and budget, and finally receive complete shipment documents.

During mass production, our inspectors randomly select semi-finished and finished products on site. We strictly check fabric color consistency, hat shape standardization, embroidery accuracy and printing fastness, and verify whether the accessories are consistent with the customized version. All unqualified products are manually picked out and prohibited from being loaded into containers. Before shipment, we conduct sampling inspection in accordance with international AQL standards, take detailed real photos of hat appearance, logos, lining and hang tags for client confirmation, and arrange loading only after full compliance is confirmed.
3. Customized anti-deformation packaging for long-distance shipping
Hats are easily squeezed and deformed during container transportation. We adopt targeted packaging solutions: each hat is individually packed in an OPP bag with paper supports for easily deformed styles to fix the shape. We use high-hardness export cartons for outer packaging and arrange internal placement reasonably to avoid extrusion deformation. Each carton is clearly marked with SKU, style number and quantity to facilitate overseas receiving and sorting. For mixed shipments of multiple styles, different products are packed and marked separately to avoid batch confusion.

We accurately verify fabric composition and product information, and make standard commercial invoices and packing lists for customs clearance.
